AAT Appeals

AAT appeals can be lodged to challenge visa refusals or cancellations in Australia. If your visa application has been refused or your existing visa has been cancelled, you can submit an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The AAT will independently review your case and consider relevant evidence before making a decision. The outcome of the AAT appeal can result in the visa decision being upheld or overturned.
